The proposal is the construction of a music program space inside the pre - existing building. Thus, we proceed to the demolition inside the building , respecting their windows, doors and facades. The concert space would correspond to a great emptiness , so that as a flexible space you give chance to happen different types of activities. The rest of the program (offices, studio, etc.) are available around "the space". The building meets all the Spanish legislation.
