We begin the course being employed at group, at a local analysis. With this end, we distribute different sectors of The Petite Ceinture, hereinafter, to extrapolate an exposition of solution to the complete belt. We divide the analysis in three sectors: ecological, environmental and social that, once developed, will complement each other in a cartography 4D (it includes the temporary axis) it combines. They are decided to analyze topics like the creation of puddles, the dampness or the (environmental) temperature, the social paces, of users, routines, uses (socially) or the (Ecological) type of vegetation, associate birds and his vital paces.
Departing from the conclusions of this analysis, it proposes, of individual form, to reactivate the sector as a sports zone of rest, recovery and control. The above mentioned zone will have an associate program of gardens, as well as spaces to develop different activities, which involve to the neighborhood in the same one. Studying the Parisian surrounding areas to the tour of The Petite Ceinture, is observed that it relies on sports preexisting facilities, that they will be in use for extending the area of influence of the proposed program.
There is chosen as principal points of program a center dedicated to each of the sports modalities most practised in Paris, connecting all of them for a track of circular athletics, which would follow the routes of the belt. The program extrapolated to the whole city, possesses also a technological connection, since one proposes the creation of a mobile application, " Him Petite Network ", by means of which it is possible to interact with other users, searching people to practise the same sport, looking for information about the facilities and proposed programs or by means of the record of the punctuations and constants of the sportsmen and the production of a virtual ranking.
The sector that is assigned for the most detailed development, is the sector 11B, that possesses sports preexisting facilities of tennis. The aim is that the program integrates so much social, environmental and ecological topics. For this motive, a process circle develops, in that they all are linked and fed by the others. Thus, a corridor detaches water in way of sweat, which becomes condensed and is used by the plants that, in turn, generate oxygen, necessarily in order that the corridor could continue. In addition, there is in use a game of dampness and temperature, which generates different conditions in the different gardens, each one with slightly similar characteristics. All this, it influences also the choice of materials and the distribution of spaces.
Following these guidelines, the project develops in different points of the sector: new pavilion, gardens and greenhouses satellites and reutilization of existing facilities. Any of three types of actions, possesses gardens and green spaces that can qualify in a catalogue according to his characteristics or needs. Thus, there arise spaces like the urban gardens, the aromatic zones, of flower growing, of mountain, the equatorial, continental landscape, etc.
The pavilion divides in three heights, each of them dedicated to a use and governed by an alive different being. The top floor, it stays enrasada with the street, for what he supposes a new square or public space for the neighborhood. The above mentioned square, it overflies the track of athletics and leads so much to a greenhouse, since to a public space and of meeting in the shape of graderío. The square relies on urban gardens that, happening a system of management, they yield to the neighborhood in order that they are the own neighbors what his care and development take. Also it possesses zones of plantation, which are annotated and specified his content, to support the variety and the order. On the above mentioned square, they emerge big "boxes" of crystal, contenedoras of interior gardens, which we will explain later.
The intermediate plant, it would lodge the program of temporary housing. In this plant, the vegetation is free, whereas he is the human being the one that is "enclosed" and tries to colonize spaces. This way, the rooms think in " boxes of crystal ", placed in the middle of a vegetation that it surrounds them. They possess big lucernarios, so that the user can sleep with a view to the stars. The way of sleeping is simple: the beds are hollow in the pavement, so that in the moment that they want to be used, a hatch is opened and one accedes to her. During the time that they are in disuse, the pavement is constant. Other stays as the kitchens, the bathroom or the lounge - dining room, place integrated in the middle of the vegetation, coexisting with her.
The low plant is the dedicated one to the different landscapes, according to the conditions of temperature and dampness of every space. Unlike in the previous plant, here the vegetation is retained, and he is the human being the one that observes it freely. Thus, a tour is generated between landscapes, beginning for the hottest, happening for the moderate ones and ending the colds. Each of the landscapes possesses a topography and a height, depending on his need, spatial good, of light, etc. This way, some landscapes are small, compressed, lodged in the only plant, whereas others invade and colonize the top floor, or emerge in the square for the cubicles of crystal.
The project helps itself to be kept of passive energies, as the geotermal, the solar or the withdrawal and purification of rain. The section of the project is changeable, since the gardens are molded and the vegetation joining. This way, they believe different heights, breaks of forged, more extensive compressed and different spaces. These sensations are reinforced by the control of dampness, temperature and light.
