Technical advice on sustainability and energy efficiency to obtain the pre-certificate VERDE of each of the houses.
Preparation of the necessary documentation, evaluation and management of procedures necessary for the obtaining the VERDE pre-certification.
PROYECT
This Project is framed in the European Project LIFE17ENV / ES / 000329 LIFE ReNatural NZEB, within of action B2_ “Modeling and design of NZEB buildings with low carbon footprint”. The main objective of the LIFE ReNaturalNZEB project is to develop a construction model of NZEB with low carbon footprint and low cost (only 25% more expensive than the current average), using economy criteria green and circular, and introducing sustainable building materials and technologies.
Following the constant typology of official protection housing, semi-detached single-family houses are projected, two stories high. Looking for the most optimal energy behavior, the house is distributed in a compact way, and it is chosen to place the garage as an independent element, attached to the house facade.
Once the type of housing is defined, the distribution and orientation of the same is studied. Different are made energetic simulations and after the analysis of the energetic results obtained, it is decided to place the four housing compactly, following the alignment of the street.
Starting from the same typology, house 1 will be built with conventional construction systems, and the others three houses will be built with sustainable construction systems. The dividing facades will be built adiabatic by placing 60cm of insulation, as if they were in contact with an unheated room, so that its exposure to the outside environment does not interfere with the results obtained.
