Chinchon, a town in the south of Madrid, known for its bull ring, crafts and anise. Based on the study of the environment and surroundings of Chinchon, several gastronomic routes are located both within the village, such as the surroundings. 

Anise, glass and rattan intervention hosting a program of workshops and classrooms for the development of own crafts of the town is proposed. 

In addition to these workshops, it has an office area management, a hotel, a shopping and restaurant areas and cafeteria tasting product. 

The building is shaped around a large area of ​​gardens and plantations, so that not only serves to lower production costs, but also creates a new landscape in the city. Note the different types of enclosures, I think more permeable than other areas.
